Here’s to a REMARKABLE MONDAY, my friend!

This is a friendly reminder to do your regularly scheduled maintenance.

On Friday afternoon, I received a call I wasn’t expecting. My wife called to explain that the air conditioner wasn’t cooling the house as it should. This is no bueno, as we live in Georgia, and the temperature has been climbing daily over the last few days. Not to mention, this call came as a complete surprise to me because our house (and air conditioning unit) is less than two years old.

Thankfully, a local HVAC tech got on the phone with us because they were completely booked up for the weekend. He immediately diagnosed the problem. Sir, have you been changing your air filters regularly? Don’t judge me. My answer was “no.”

Here is the reality: A $12 purchase could have saved me a world of headaches, inconvenience, and added costs had I adhered to my home’s regularly scheduled maintenance plan.

Let me ask you this! What do you need to attend to this week? Handle your regularly scheduled maintenance check before you end up with a completely optional headache that can be prevented.
