If you’re anything like me, you have found yourself moving on a little too quickly in the past.

Finish the project.
Hit the milestone.
Check the box.
On to the next thing.

And somewhere along the way, we forget to look back long enough to recognize what actually happened. Today is not that day. Let’s take a look back at an amazing year.

This year, Remarkable Monday showed up consistently. 27,000 words written. Over 3,100 impressions. An average open rate of 59.4%, well above industry benchmarks, which typically hover between 30–40%, according to data from Campaign Monitor and Mailchimp.

All of this is made possible by the grace of God, which enables me to show up consistently, and also by your willingness to rock with me week after week.

Building With Intention. We’re expanding the Remarkable Monday footprint into the ConvoRoom Podcast, creating space for deeper, longer-form conversations with mentors, moguls, and legends who are generous enough to sit down and share what they’ve learned the hard way. These won’t be surface-level interviews. Think thoughtful dialogue, lived wisdom, and practical insight you can apply in real life and real work.

This next chapter also means expanding the team.

That may look like guest contributors bringing fresh perspective, contractors helping keep the engine running smoothly, and intentional steps toward landing aligned brand partnerships that actually serve this community.

When you celebrate progress (even imperfect progress), you fuel the discipline required to keep going.

So here’s your invitation this week: Name the win you’ve been skipping over. Acknowledge the growth you’ve been downplaying. Honor the consistency you’ve been practicing quietly. Then—when you’re ready—keep building. Progress doesn’t always announce itself. But if you slow down long enough, you’ll see it’s been walking with you all along.
