How I’ve stayed consistent for 77 straight weeks

And how you can too

I’ve posted this newsletter 77 weeks in a row—without missing a Monday.

No fancy team. No magic formula. Just a simple system that works.

Sometimes it’s polished and planned. Other times—like tonight—it’s me writing late Sunday night (okay… early Monday morning).

My workflow isn’t glamorous, but it’s consistent because I’ve built a rhythm around it:
→ I capture ideas in a running doc
→ I draft when I can steal a pocket of time
→ I clean it up with AI to save time and catch typos
→ I format it and schedule it to send straight to you

If you’ve been struggling to stay consistent with your content, here’s how you can build a system of your own—one that works for you, not against you:

1. Choose your capture tool

Use whatever is easiest: Notes app, Notion, voice memos, even texting yourself. The goal is to never lose an idea.

2. Set one recurring “draft day”

You don’t need a full content calendar—just block out one day a week to shape your best idea into a post, email, or video. Start small. Protect it like a meeting.

3. Use AI as your editor, not your voice

Write the way you talk. Then use AI to clean it up: grammar, clarity, transitions. It saves time and helps you learn how to write better.

4. Schedule it—even if it’s not perfect

Pick a tool (I use Beehiive). Format it, schedule it, and let it go. Done is better than perfect.

BONUS: Build repeatable rituals, not rigid rules

The key isn’t doing it the same way every time—it’s having a repeatable flow that you can adapt. That’s what keeps it going week after week.
