Nothing is wasted. I repeat, NOTHING is wasted.

Here’s to a REMARKABLE MONDAY, my friend! Let’s get right to it.
Nothing is wasted. I repeat, NOTHING is wasted.
I need you to let this sink in: It’s not too late. You have not missed your window. Your time has not passed. In fact, what you consider wasted will prove to be the makings of your best days.
CONVOROOM PODCAST
ALL-NEW EPISODE!
Every tough season of life has the potential to offer us a profound lesson, a seed of growth. One could even argue the harder the lesson, the greater the seed.
Sometimes, we may struggle to discern the purpose or meaning behind our challenges, especially when the landscape of our lives seems barren and devoid of life. But there is good news! You have a seed waiting to bloom beneath the surface. And this is no ordinary bloom you are about to witness. It’s a superbloom.
Death Valley – known for its harsh conditions – experiences a phenomenon about once a decade: a superbloom. Against all odds, wildflowers spring up from the harsh terrain and carpet the landscape with vibrant color.

A flower blooming in the desert proves to the world that adversity, no matter how great, can be overcome.
Just as the desert can blossom with life, our own lives can be filled with unexpected wonder, even in the midst of adversity.
Despite what you might be enduring at this present moment, there are seeds inside of you that are anticipating the moment you give them permission to thrive. The question is: Will you water them this week?
Pray a bold prayer. Courageously take your dream off the shelf. Send the text. Make the call. Write the pitch. Make the deal. Embrace today with the purpose and resilience you are made of.

Superbloom: How Death Valley springs to life
When it rains, it blooms. Beneath Death Valley lies a massive seed bank of desert wildflowers, and when heavy winter rains soak deep into the soil, these hidden wonders spring to life. Some call this growing spree a "beautiful revolution against the tyranny of the desert," while others simply refer to it as a "superbloom."

Parenting yourself: The hard truth about making your dreams come true
As adults, we no longer have teachers, parents, and coaches pushing us to do the things that serve us. No one is coming. No one is there to push you, to tell you to turn the TV off, to get out and exercise, to write the business plan for you...it's all up to you. You're going to need to push yourself and parent yourself if you want to make your dreams come true.
